The hotel combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. **Service: 10/10** The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was swift and hassle-free, and the concierge provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions. **Accommodations: 9/10** The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water and in-room coffee maker. **Dining: 9/10** The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The on-site restaurant also served tasty meals throughout the day, making dining in a convenient and pleasant experience. **Facilities: 9/10** The hotel features a lovely outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was good if you want to be near the nightlife. Room was quiet at night. Was in the evergreen wing right at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Two large pools. Flexible room cleaning staff. Large air con lobby area. Has seating in front of hotel also and a restaurant at front too. Taxi can pull up right in front of entrance. Has free parking also. Good sized rooms. Had a small balcony which was useful to dry out swim trunks. Everything you need is in the area.

Staff were polite and helpful, the location is perfect as it's minutes away from all the bars and restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. The hotel has two lovely pools , well maintained and serving cold beverages and food. You can get cheaper hotels but the Areca is worth the cost, I have stayed here before and have always enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back again.

The room was very large and spacious, bed very comfortable,large bathroom plenty of hanging space and storage, nice comfortable seating area in room, and a large balcony. Hotel situated in heart of things restuarants, bars shopping etc. 2 pools in the property, plenty of sunbeds. Very good Buffet breakfast catered for everyone. All staff very helpful and efficient and very polite.

Areca Lodge is a great hotel and I would stay here again. Perfect location in the middle of Pattaya, walkable to just about everywhere. Large room with fast secure WIFI, great breakfast, friendly staff and surrounded by numerous fantastic restaurants and bars. It is a popular hotel and hard to get a reservation at.
